Hellgate Palladium

When i first installed the beta of Hellgate London everything was working fine at the main menu. But when i started a multiplayer game I had to download more stuff, I think it was the sounds,objects,etc... But anyways, now when i start the game up the main menu is all pink and all i can see is the writing (Multiplayer Game, Options, Credits) when i click mutiplayer game.. on the character creator my chacter will light up in yellow and weird deisigns as well as when im playing the game. Im thinking its my graphics card.. these are my system requirements. And i do meet the minimum system requirements

Windows Vista Home Premium 32-bit
3MB RAM
2.8 GHz
300 GB Hardrive
GE Force 6150 128MB

I tried in windows mode with all my setting turn down low and still the same problem

if it is my graphics card... does anyone know a way to fix this with out buying a new card?
